Through their CSC service; this individual has developed skills necessary to better perform at IBM and better serve their community their clients; and the world.
Badge Criteria
What it takes to earn this badge:
- Social Media Activity During Pre-Work (3 months): 10 original posts on Twitter/LinkedIn OR 2-3 blog posts. Content of social media activity must comply with CSC social media guidelines.
- Social Media Activity During Deployment (4 weeks): 20 iginal posts on Twitter/LinkedIn throughout assignment 2-3 blog posts per week. Content of social media activity must comply with CSC social media guidelines.
- Completed Mandaty End of Service Action Items.
- Give a Presentation about the CSC Program Upon Returning from Deployment (Internal – Business Unit External – Local community ganization Alma Mater etc).
- Post-Service Actions - Complete 1: Represent the CSC Program at an External CSC-Focused Event (Preferred. Examples of such events include speaking events featuring CSC Alumni events recognizing CSC host ganizations and conferences) Complete a Task Project at the Direction of the Local Citizenship Manager (Preferred) Be an Application Reviewer Ment a Team Serve as a Special Advis
- Social Media Activity Within 2 Months After Deployment: 10 iginal posts on Twitter/LinkedIn 2-3 blog posts. Content of social media activity must comply with CSC social media guidelines.
