Description
The holder of this Badge has attended the UGOV-CO-ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE AND ELECTRONIC INVOICING PAYABLES course, organised within the CINECA Academy Project. The course sets itself the aim of examining the topics of accounts receivable and electronic invoicing payables through analysis of the most common case histories, in order to give users operating in U-Gov greater independence for handling procedures. For certain case-studies, a general introduction to the topics dealt with is required. The course is intended for users already operating on U-Gov who wish to improve their own specific knowledge of electronic invoicing, ranging from commercial activity to purchasing dashboard. Course topics are: registration of management documents for accounts receivable; outline of PagoPA (Italian public payments system); management of accounts receivable case studies, with the most common features; aspects of taxation linked to accounts receivable; reporting use of accounts receivable in U-Gov; outline of regulations on electronic invoicing; U-Gov configurations linked to electronic invoicing; functional management of cases of electronic invoicing. The course lasts one full day.
Badge Criteria
The holder of this Badge has attended the UGOV-CO-ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ANDELECTRONIC INVOICING PAYABLES course, organised within the CINECA Academy Project. The course, lasting a full day, is intended for operators from the administrative offices of Universities who work on the receivable side and/or management of electronic invoicing payables. It is issued to those who attend the event and final tests are included.
