ADVANCED PURCHASING CYCLE (UGOV-CO) - Badge

The holder of this Badge has attended the ADVANCED PURCHASING CYCLE (UGOV-CO) course, organised as part of the CINECA Academy Project. The course has the set aim of developing competencies regarding the advanced purchasing cycle, taking on greater operational independence. The purpose of this course on the Purchasing Cycle is to develop the topic of the purchasing cycle through practice exercises. For each case history, as well as recording the entries in analytical Accounting and general Accounting, the various implications for the system are illustrated, where documents contain relevant information in other management modules, such as, for example, the Inventory and compliance with regulations (VAT, Transparency, ministerial communications, etc. ). The procedural processes are also shown, which may be used, where possible, for correcting files. The course is intended for users from the University who are already operating in U-Gov and record entries within the purchasing cycle. The holder of this Badge has attended the ADVANCED PURCHASING CYCLE (UGOV-CO) course, organised as part of the CINECA Academy Project. The course is offered to operators in administrative offices of Universities who deal with making entries within the purchasing cycle. It isissued to anyone who attends the event and final tests are included.
The holder of this Badge, through attending the ADVANCED PURCHASING CYCLE (UGOV-CO) course, has developed his or her competencies regarding: purchasing cycle; managing the more common cases of greater complexity within U-Gov; management of files on purchasing cycle in U-Gov.
