Description
The holder of this Badge has attended the BASIC PURCHASING CYCLE (UGOV-CO) course, organised as part of the CINECA Academy Project. The declared aim of the course is to develop competencies regarding the basic purchasing cycle course, acquiring increased operational independence. The purpose of this course is to bring users closer to the functions of the application, by providing an overview of the main functional aspects in the area of the passive cycle, paying attention to analytical and general accounting entries. The course is intended for users who do not yet have competencies on U-Gov or who have only the minimum knowledge. Subjects dealt with in the course are: - Notions of accountancy on U-Gov- Entering management documents of the passive cycle on U-Gov- Basic reporting
Badge Criteria
The holder of this Badge has attended the BASIC PURCHASING CYCLE (UGOV-CO) course, organised as part of the CINECA Academy Project. The course is offered to operators in administrative offices of Universities who need to acquire basic competency on U-Gov regarding purchasing. It is issued to anyone who attends the event and final tests are included.
