This badge earner is recognized for successfully demonstrating the application of the GROW coaching model in a business environment and applying International Coaching Federation competencies to support IBM in enabling a winning culture.
Badge Criteria
What it takes to earn this badge:
- Completed the Blue Core Coaching (BCC) Learning Program and scored 70% or higher on the competency test
- Contracted and coached at least two clients in one-on-one 30 to 60 minute individual sessions three sessions per client over a ten week period and received feedback
- Coached in at least one triad session led by a Coach Supervis during a group supervision meeting and received feedback
- Leveraged their understanding of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Coaching Competencies and Code of Ethics
- Skilled in the application of the GROW model and using SCARF and neuroscience when connecting in conversations
- EARN: IBM Employees only. Member of the IBM Coaching Community of Practice (Required)
