The holder of this Badge has taken part as a lecturer in the CSA Single Certification 2017 course held by Cineca. This Badge has been followed by the operators of the Universities administrative offices who work on settlement of Single Certification 2017. The aim of the course is to provide knowledge for settlement of Single Certification, consolidate the competencies of the operators in the CSA application process, both for withdrawal of the file and production of the printout, focus attention on the legislative changes for 2017. This settlement has acquired the value of annual return of substitute tax, for this reason it is intended to examine all the instruments available to check the tax return in relation to payments made. The main contents of the course are: Introduction to legislation: Single Certification 2017Highlighting the changes for 2017Operational flow for settlement of obligations related to Single CertificationPreparatory functions of the CSA applicationThe instruments for reconciling deductions, preparatory to forwarding the fileAnalysis of ministerial errorsAnalysis of some important casesThe course lasts for one day and is held in the classroom. On completion of the course, each participant will be able to operate in CSA to obtain the file for the Single Certification to be sent to the Ministry of Economy and Finance and production of the printout to be delivered to the recipient and check the certification in terms of payments to social security and tax authorities.
