What it takes to earn this badge:
- Completed the Standardized Training courses and passed the assessment exam on Support Policy and Procedure.
- Successfully passed trouble ticket audits and received on-the-job training and menting from seni suppt experts.
- Completed a self assessment describing how they applied the menting and training in day to day suppt activities.
- Passed a final management interview.
