What it takes to earn this badge:

  • Completed the Standardized Training courses and passed the assessment exam on Support Policy and Procedure.
  • Successfully passed trouble ticket audits and received on-the-job training and menting from seni suppt experts.
  • Completed a self assessment describing how they applied the menting and training in day to day suppt activities.
  • Passed a final management interview.
