  • Must be a faculty member of a Higher Education Institution which has or is implementing the IBM Skills Academy Program.
  • Teaching of Module I - Data Management Overview: Covering Data overview Industry Applications Case Studies and Understanding Big Data.
  • Teaching of Module II - Big Data Foundations: Covering Linux/Unix Essentials RDBMS/SQL Essentials Programming Essentials Data Fmats Security Governence and Movement and Netwking Skills Basics.
  • Teaching of Module III - Big Data Developer: Covering Introduction to Big Data and IBM BigInsights Introduction to Apache Hadoop Ambari & Spark HDFS MapReduce & YARN Sting & Accessing Data Using Big SQL to access HDFS data Querying Hadoop data using Big SQL Administering & managing Big SQL tables Data federation using Big SQL Discovering data with expressions fmulas and functions Integrating with Big SQL Task Analysis and AQL.
  • Delivering training to minimum 15 university students.
  • Have at least 60% of total students pass the final test.
  • Receive the Mastery Award f Educats 2017.
