The badge holder demonstrates Disruptive Thinking by creating big ideas and successfully crafting and delivering out of them solutions with significant client’s business outcome. They re-define boundaries and applied technologies to create new breakthrough client/ market value business opportunities. The badge earner demonstrates how to lead client's business transformation through Disruptive Thinking.
Badge Criteria
What it takes to earn this badge:
- IBM Design Thinking Coach
- IBM Business and Industry & Insight education completed. Evidence needs to be included into the submission fm by the candidate
- Educational requirements need to be completed (approx. 10 hours): A. Disruptive Thinking - Introduction (05 hours) B. Disruptive Thinking - Basics (1 1/2 hours) C. Disruptive Thinking - Deep Insights (8 hours)
- Submit an applied client case of Disruptive Thinking highlighting candidate's thought leadership contributions and community sharing (max 2000 characters). Case submission will be included in a fm which candidates have to submit.
- Please provide three suppt statements: (a) one from external client C-Level (b) two from seni IBM business leaders highlighting candidate's thought leadership on disruptive thinking (per statement one paragraph max 500 characters). Suppt statement submission will be included in a fm which candidates have to submit.
