Description
The holder of this Badge has obtained the ECDL Full Standard certificate. The ECDL Full Standard certification consists of 7 modules, each of which indicates a combination of abilities and knowledge of informatics that helps to exploit fully the opportunities provided by digital technologies, bothin everyday life and in working life, by greater awareness in the application of commonly used informatics programmes, helps browse the web in greater security to access information and services and helps to communicate and interact online. ECDL Full Standard was recognised in 2014 by ACCREDIA, the National Organisation designated to validate personal processes of certification (Legislative Decree no. 13 of the 16th of January 2013). The ECDL Full Standard certification can be obtained by passing the 7 modules listed here: Computer Essentials; Online Essentials; Spreadsheets; Word Processing; IT Security; Presentation; Online Collaboration.
Badge Criteria
To obtain the ECDL FULL STANDARD Badge, the candidate has to demonstrate that he or she has acquired the basic informatics competencies by passing the 7 exam tests (modules) required for the issue of the ECDL FULL STANDARD informatics certification. The examination consists of 36 theoretical and practical questions, lasting 45 minutes, with a pass mark of at least 75% of the answers being correct.

The holder of this Badge has demonstrated that he or she has acquired the basic IT competencies required by the 7 modules, as listed here: Computer Essentials: essential concepts and competencies related to use of a computer and connected devices, creation of files, management, networks and data security; view card; Online Essentials: concepts and essential competencies concerning web browsing, effective searching for information, online communication and handling e-mail; view card; Spreadsheets: concepts and competencies concerning creating, formatting, modifying and using spreadsheets, including development of standard formulas and functions and creating and formatting charts and tables; view card; Word Processing: ability to use a word processing application to fulfil daily tasks involving creating, formatting and completing documents and texts, such as letters and other documents in everyday use; view card; IT Security: ability to use integrated IT security products with sufficient competencies and knowledge to be able to identify and deal with threats to IT security more effectively, for personal and personal data protection; view card; Presentation: ability to understand the concept of a presentation and demonstrate the ability to create, format, modify and prepare professional presentations, using applications for preparing and viewing; view card; Online Collaboration: concepts and competencies concerning installation and use of tools for online collaboration, for example productivity applications, calendars, interaction in social environments, web meeting, learning environments and mobile technology; view card.
