The holder of this Badge has attended the ESSE3 National Student Registry -Basic Course run by Cineca. This Badge is issued to National Student Registry (NSR) and statistics Contact Persons, Registrar’s Office Managers and University Systems Administrators who deal with the National Student Registry within the ambit of Student Registry Services. The aim is to send data relating to the NSR to the Ministry and to understand the whole path of these processes of detection within the University. The course topics are: - Basic concepts: Person, Student, Registration- Fundamental concepts: Enrolment, Academic Year of Regulation, NSR Category ofstudent, OFF. F Courses- ESSE3 main tables (introduction)- Detailed overview of NSR variables / events- MIUR / NSR main tables- Methods of sending data- Introduction to the seven NSR deliveries- Update of encoding- Generation of cards- Acquisition of summary files of the Monitoring Centre (file err)- How to produce a card- Correction / deletion delivery (introduction)- Depositary of records for rejected students- Summary of deliveries (new functions)- Students entering the National Student Registry- The delivery simulator- Summary of Student Career- Statistical summary (introduction)- Overview of the most common errors and how they are detected- Aims set by the Ministry for the calendar yearOn completion of the course, each student will be able to: - Generate deliveries- Manage acquisition of summary files for MIUR- Carry out the necessary internal checks/corrections- Manage the congruence checks of the University databaseThe course lasts for one day and is held in the classroom.

This Badge is intended for National Student Registry (NSR) and statistics Contact Persons, Registrar’s Office Managers and University Systems Administrators who deal with the National Student Registry within the ambit of Student Registry Services. It is issued to anyone who attends the one-day course and no final examination is required.
