The holder of this Badge has passed the online test for “National Student Registry for Student Administration Offices-Refresher 2017 which is open to access after having taken part in the ESSE3 “National Student Registry for Student Administration Offices-Basic Course provided by Cineca. This Badge is issued to users who work in management of university student careers in the area of Student Administration Office Services. As a preliminary to taking part in this test, attendance must have been completed in the ESSE3 “National Student Registry for Student Administration Offices-Basic Course whether or not in a previous course session, and the appropriate Badge must have been obtained. The aim is to verify annually the level of preparation regarding management of university student careers within the NSR framework and the receipt of the latest changes in regulations and/or products introduced in the last period. The test covers the following topics: • verification of understanding of the NSR setup and its events; • analysis of careers and associated issues; • logical understanding of corrective actions to be applied; • update on the latest developments on the subject. On successful completion of the test each participant will have demonstrated that he or she: - is capable of analysing in detail a student career, in the light of the National Student Registry regulatory framework; - has understood the Registry specifics falling under the context of the Student Administration Office; - is up to date regarding the latest developments on the subject of NSR. The test takes one hour and is provided online.

The holder of this Badge has demonstrated that he or she has studied the knowledge programmed for the ESSE3 NationalStudent Registry for Student Administration Offices-Basic Course and is capable of resolving problems on a medium-difficult level regarding: -analysing a student career to verify its quality within the NSR framework; - establishing corrective actions to be applied to sub-standard careers; - demonstrating acquisition of general competency on the NSR framework andregarding the majority of the information required (NSR variables).
