The holder of this Badge has taken part in the ESSE3 National Student Registry for Student Administration Offices - Basic Course. This Badge is issued to users who work in management of university student careers in the area of Student Administration Office Services. Its aim is to disseminate the issues of “NSR to Student Administration Office staff, who are normally the depositaries of student academic careers, and it is addressed to persons who have good knowledge of ESSE3 and of the typical curricular processes of student careers (matriculations, enrolments, changes, transfers, degree awards, resignations). The course deals with the following topics: • Basic concepts: Person, Student, Fresher• Fundamental concepts: Enrolments, Year, Student profile, Course regulations, OFF. F (Ministerial public Education Offers) Courses, Student Dossiers• Principal areas of knowledge of ESSE3• Introduction to the National Student Registry• Detailed overview of NSR variables/events• Ministerial Codes• NSR Career Resumé• Regulation Management• Overview of the most common errors and how to detect themOn completing the course each participant will be able to: - analyse a student career within the regulation framework required by the MIUR (Ministry for Instruction, Universities and Research), using the National Student Registry project; - recognise the particular Course each registered student belongs to, according to the MIUR databases; - interpret the majority of the errors returned by the MIUR, from a viewpoint of improving the quality of data; - use the functions of ESSE3 NSR CAREER RESUME and STUDENT REGULATIONS, which are indispensable tools for analysing the NSR picture of every student. The course lasts for two days and is provided on the premises of the University requesting it.
