The Earning Advocacy Practitioner has a foundational understanding of the values; principles and key practices around earning customer advocacy; including Net Promoter Score (NPS) and the importance of requesting; understanding and taking prompt action on customer feedback. The badge earner has demonstrated proficiency in applying this knowledge.
Badge Criteria
What it takes to earn this badge:
- Be an employee of IBM
- Complete the Earning Advocacy Learning Plan and pass the assessment with a sce of 80% higher. Complete activity to calculate NPS based on scenario provided.
- Apply the knowledge acquired by:
- Request review and act on client feedback at least twice. Use the “likelihood to recommend” question (the basis f establishing a Net Promoter Sce).
- Assist/ment co-wkers with addressing customer feedback at least three times.
- Submit a brief sty on earning advocacy to the Client Advocacy@IBM Ideation Blog (be sure to join the community to contribute).
- Hold a knowledge sharing session with your team describing insights gained from the learning and how you applied the learning to address customer feedback.
