Badge Criteria
This badge can be obtained attending the course "Effective management of the interview selection". The badge will be issued to learners who successfully passed: The use of full-face training by watching videos of job interviews, and critical analysis of curricula compared with other learners of the course; The study of their CV and the simulation of a selection interview through the use of active learning techniques such as role-playing; Written exercises, filling out cards for self-assessment and observation grids; and final evaluation of the Tutor. The badge will be issued as a result of effective participation in all activities, whose qualitative assessment will be prepared by the Tutor and given to the learner in the form of the final report.
