Description
The Golinelli Foundation issues this Badge to the students of the 2017/18 edition of the “Enterprise Garden - Informal school of the culture of enterprise which has demonstrated learning of the basic instruments of design thinking, presentation design, business model canvas and business plan and has also demonstrated development and strengthening of competencies and soft skills. Enterprise Garden - Informal school of the culture of enterprise is an informal instruction pathway that brings people closer to the culture of business. The programme is intended for children of the Secondary School, grade II, and is structured in 4 stages: intensive summer camp of three weeks; period of project development in the autumn; financing of projects of greater merit; subsequent pathway of acceleration for the ideas financed. The project work consists of a design idea that is innovative and potentially entrepreneurial involving creation of products and services for the fight against waste in the areas of climate, food and energy. The aim of the instruction pathway is to stimulate and aid the youngsters in developing their soft skills and specific individual capacities: propensity, attitude and intellectual, behavioural and personality talents, which everyone can bring into play across a number of areas. These are competencies that come into use in facing the complexity and unpredictability of the future in a global, multi-cultural world: responsibility, ethics of study and work, critical spirit, imagination, curiosity, enthusiasm, leadership, independence, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, team work, team building, communication, entrepreneurship, flexibility, knowing what to do and experiment with, knowing how to learn from mistakes and knowing how to retrain.
