The badge holder has successfully attended the required courses and have acquired the knowledge to describe the core components and design basic Internet of Things solutions. They understand and have practical experience with the key IBM Cloud technologies that are used to build IoT solutions. They are able to apply and demonstrate this knowledge in a real world situation; either via a client demo or by showcasing a BlueMix application they built.
Badge Criteria
What it takes to earn this badge:
- Attended the full GBS Digital Operations Internet of Things Solutioning course (8 hours learning time classroom)
- Successfully completed the practical lab sessions (3 hours classroom)
- Bluemix - Practitioner Essentials
- Applied their knowledge in a client situation demonstrated by relevant feedback (client IBMers) and a sht demo to an SME in the field.
- Applied their knowledge by developing an IoT / BlueMix application with min 10 hours efft and demonstrated it successfully during an SME assessment.
