- Provide evidence of Demonstrated Communication Skills by: Demonstrated examples of presenting to 1) Executive audience 2) Large audience 3) External audience facilitated learning courses
- Demonstrate Global IBMer experience by: Has spent 1 rotation out of home country has led global projects with significant cross-cultural interaction
- Demonstrate Coaching/Mentship by: Demonstrated commitment to developing others either with peer-to-peer knowledge sharing leading intern speed teams menting others intentionally knowledge-sharing platfms.
