Badge Criteria
What it takes to earn this badge:
- Achieved an Experienced level in Career Framework in the Managing Project and Programs capability.
- Applied at least 3 years of project management experience and 2 years of technical/industry/business experience (excluding any overlap with PM experience)
- Managed an average of 5 FTE's per month in any 12 month period in the last 3 years
- Demonstrated evidence of a giveback opptunity to the Project Management Community
- Completed Project Management mandaty education
- Submitted skills and experience evidence assessed by the employee's Manager a Project Manager Subject Matter Expert (SME) through a defined validation process
