The Agile Advocate has the capability to discuss Agile values and principles and has begun applying the Agile practices to their daily activities. They hold stand-ups; conduct retrospectives; and can visualize their wall of work. They know the different Agile roles and understand how they interact together to bring continual value to their customers.
Badge Criteria
What it takes to earn this badge:
- Successfully completed the education listed under the IBM Agile Explorer badge
- Successfully completed the online training "Agile Product Iteration Change Management" (available f IBM employees only)
- Achieved 1000 engagement hours in an Agile team (Agile Team member Iteration Manager Agile PM Product Owner)
- Achieved a total of 50 hours of giveback participation in an Agile community activity completed the giveback requisite from the IBM Agile Expler badge plus another 40 hours
- The Additional Infmation link below is accessible by IBM employees only
