What it takes to earn this badge:
- Successfully completed the course MD101: Essentials to Lead delivering real work tasks that enables managers to quickly transition into their role. Topics include compensation diversity and inclusion employee development employee relations hiring managing performance recognition and work-life integration. The course includes engaging with a facilitator an experienced manager and peers to share tips and best practices.
- Successfully completed the course MD102: Manager Impact through Signature Experiences which equips new managers to excel in their role and increase employee engagement. Topics include creating signature employee experiences applying IBM's Values and Practices and dealing with manager challenges.
- Successfully completed the course MD103: Advancing your Management Effectiveness through 360 Feedback in which experienced first-line managers develop awareness of leadership strengths and learning priities and use social tools to strengthen relationships.
