Badge Criteria
What it takes to earn this badge:
- Achieved a Thought Leader level in Career Framework in the Managing Project and Programs capability.
- Achieved PMI PRINCE 2 Certification and are recognized as a subject matter expert and leader within IBM
- Demonstrated at least 6 years of project management experience and 2 years of technical/industry/business experience (excluding any overlap with PM experience)
- Completed mandaty education and at least 10 hours of Program Management education. Provided evidence of 2 giveback opptunities to the PM Community one as a ment of a Project Manager
- Managed an average of 10 FTE's per month in any 12 month period in the last 6 years
- Submitted validation requirements f a Subject Matter Expert (SME) review. Experience was assessed by Project Management Board members and have successfully passed the Board interviews as defined in the certification process.
