This badge earner has an applied level of understanding of IBM's Hybrid Cloud offerings from a Systems perspective that allows them to pursue IBM Hybrid Cloud opportunities.  The badge holder has sold a solution or conducted one or more of the following types of activities in the sales process: Proof of Concept; Proof of Technology; Executive Briefing at IBM; a Solution Design; Breadbox demo or Hybrid Cloud Design and Benchmarking Services.

Badge Criteria

What it takes to earn this badge:

  • This badge is only available for IBM employees and IBM Business Partner employees.
  • Completion of one of the following prerequisites:
  • Earn the IBM Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure - Systems Sales 2016 badge
  • Earn the IBM Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure - Systems Sales v2 badge.
  • Completion of the following training (4 parts):
  • 1.  Review of the brief introduction to the Hybrid Cloud – Assessing Sales Opptunities roadmap
  • 2.  Completion of the Cloud learning modules (Overview Private Public Hybrid) and associated assessment test
  • 3.  Completion of 3 Use Cases and associated assessment test and
  • 4.  Participation in a Practicum where the badge earner demonstrates knowledge to IBM about a Hybrid Cloud engagement and how they proceeded with it.  (Note:  Business Partners have 1 Practicum to complete.  IBM employees choose from 1 of 2 Practicums depending on their role.)
