  • Demonstrate knowledge of Application IMPACT - IGNITE method.
  • Demonstrated the value to clients of the Application IMPACT Method by perfming testing using Quality Engineering (QE) by: Developing a complete Test solution that enables accelerated business outcomes through test optimization automation & analytics Leading project teams to use the Application IMPACT method on at least one diverse proposal client engagement including facilitating Method Adoption Wkshops / Phase Gate Review / Product Review
  • Completed one me client engagements (minimal 1000 hours) by adopting the Method Wk practices to perfm Testing in the IBM way
  • Wked in Quality Engineering f a minimum of one year f at least 50% of their time
  • Demonstrated ce skills as defined in the GBS Progression & Promotion model
  • Demonstrated the IT Development & Implementation skills criteria as defined in GBS Progression & Promotion model
  • Submitting best practices from Application IMPACT method in proposed in-flight QE client engagements.
  • Ment testers to migrate to using the QE practices & applying the IGNITE solutions tools platfm and methods to achieve desired outcome
  • Understands the imptance of the IBM Way and how it relates to Quality Engineering activities
