Badge Criteria
What it takes to earn this badge:
- This badge is for Senior Inventors who are appointed to the position by the Business Unit through a nomination and selection process. Criteria for eligibility include the following:
- Successful completion of 'Dare to Disclose iginal ideas' course
- Histy of sustained menting and community activities over a period of a year me wth at least 15 credits. (Credits gained thru education/menting activities)
- Contribution to IBM's patent ptfolio with a minimum of 3 patent filings
- Recent IP activity including at least one patent filing in the last 24 months
- Experience reviewing inventions
