Mentors and helps to develop less experienced employees in the Project Management profession. This badge is only available for IBM employees.
Badge Criteria
What it takes to earn this badge:
- Achieved an Expert level in Career Framework in the Managing Project and Programs capability.
- Applied at least 4 years of project management experience and 2 years of technical/industry/business experience (excluding any overlap with PM experience)
- Managed an average of 7 FTE's per month in any 12 month period in the last 4 years
- Demonstrated evidence of 2 giveback instances to the Project Management Community one as a ment of a Project Manager
- Completed Project Management mandaty education got a PMI PRINCE 2 certification completed the alternative path (if valid f the Business Unit & Geo)
- Submitted validation requirements f a Subject Matter Expert (SME) review. Experience was assessed by Project Management Board members and have successfully passed the Board interviews as defined in the certification process.
