The Integrations Badge is the third level of the IBM Watson Campaign Automation Badge Program. It includes mastering the integration of other systems with IBM Watson Campaign Automation/IBM Marketing Cloud. Badge earners are able to complete the integration process of IBM Watson Campaign Automation/IBM Marketing Cloud with CRM systems; Emerging Applications; and other IBM applications.

Badge Criteria

What it takes to earn this badge:

  • Must be an official IBM Marketing Cloud client IBM Business Partner employee or IBM employee.
  • Earn the  IBM Watson Campaign Automation 2017- Fundamentals badge.
  • Earn the IBM Watson Campaign 2017 - Intermediate Badge
  • Satisfacty completion of the requirements associated with each of the following assessments:
  • CRM Assessment
  • Emerging Apps Assessment
  • Supplementary Integration Assessment
  • Integration Updates Assessment
