The badge earner has demonstrated knowledge of the Cyber Security domain and Watson's machine learning technology that learns cognitively to process both structured and unstructured data. This individual has identified documents relevant to the Cyber Security domain; and has an understanding of annotators and SIRE (Statistical Information and Relation Extraction). The badge earner has also created Question and Answer pairs from select documents to validate Watson responses.
Badge Criteria
What it takes to earn this badge:
- Must be invited to participate by a university.
- Successful completion of the IBM Watson Knowledge Studio (WKS) training provided by IBM.
- Completion of the identification of documents (e.g. blogs white papers articles) pulled via the Blekko Web Crawler that are relevant to the Cyber Security domain.
- Completion of annotating the assigned Cyber Security document set.
- Completion of the creation of Question/Answer pairs to validate that Watson’s cognitive answers based on the annotated documents map to crect answers.
- Final joint validation by university staff and an IBM focal that the expectations of the above criteria have been successfully satisfied.
