The Strategy and Innovation Explorer badge is a KNOWLEDGE badge that states you have a deep knowledge on what Enterprise Services Strategy is and how Innovation works within the organization. The main criteria for this badge is for the individual to understand the strategy and how to translate it into personal context and actions that drive innovation and performance. This badge is available to IBM employees only.
Badge Criteria
What it takes to earn this badge:
- Review and understand Enterprise Services Strategy materials in WIKI page and use the Think40 button provided to submit the learning activity.
- Attend listen to replay of the Strategy Grapevine webinar on Event Central. Attendance is recded via Event Central.
- IBM Leadership Academy - Transfmational Leadership Framewk
- IBM Leadership Academy - Innovation
- IBM Think Academy Developing the Future
- Minimum of 6 hours of GIveback activities to the Enterprise Services population/business unit
