Badge earners require very little guidance on the use of the Kepner-Tregoe processes for their specific activities (e.g. problem solving; decision making or risk analysis) and show advanced use of Questioning Skills and Situation Appraisal.
Badge Criteria
What it takes to earn this badge:
- Achieved the Mastered level on Questioning Skills
- Achieved the Mastered level on Situation Appraisal
- Achieved the Mastered level on at least one of the Kepner-Tregoe Analytical processes.
- Attended a Kepner-Tregoe Resolve Kepner-Tregoe Problem-Solving and Decision Making Course
