Badge earners still require guidance to apply the Kepner-Tregoe concepts and techniques in some situations.

What it takes to earn this badge:
- Achieved the Applied level on Questioning Skills
- Achieved the Applied level on Situation Appraisal
- Achieved the Applied level on at least one of the Kepner-Tregoe Analytical processes
- Attended a Kepner-Tregoe Resolve Kepner-Tregoe Problem Solving and Decision Making Course
