Description
The owner of the Lab’O Executive Badge, already in possession of the Lab’O Senior Facilitator Badge and Lab’O Junior Facilitator Badge, partecipated to Lab’O activities, collaborating with the other services of the University Network, with agencies, schools, and museums. He/she brought an active, autonomous and original contribution to the usual activities in guidance, training, design, and carried on an autonomous project, within the group. The owner of this Badge participated to all the phases of work within the service, but more specifically to interface activities with the university and with external stakeholders. More specifically, the owner of this Badge: organized and managed the recruitment/selection phase; organized and managed the intensive training phase; managed training and design activities and other activities in agreement with the services of the Network; organized and prepared training and supervision meetings. Activities develop around 12 months (October-September), to reach a total amount of 120 hours.
Badge Criteria
The Lab’O Executive Badge is assigned to all students enrolled in any master level course of Milano Bicocca university, as well as teachers and workers inside or outside the university, who already carried on Lab’O activities for a total number of hours equal to those that are foreseen to obtain the Lab’O Junior Facilitator Badge and Lab’O Senior Facilitator Badge the and who displayed, during these activities, a strong penchant for the methods used, remarkable relational sensitivity/responsivity, flexibility and reflexivity, and entrepreneurial, creative and organizational skills. The maximum number of admitted participants is 10. The Badge is assigned to attendants who participated to activities, accomplished and critically analyzed their project. Access to the activities of the Lab’O Executive Badge is only possible if there was prior participation to the activities of the Lab’O Junior Facilitator and Lab’O Senior Facilitator. Note: in the academic year 2016/17, it will be possible to access selections for Lab’O Executive only for candidates who have been carrying on Lab’O activities for as many hours as those required to obtain the Lab’O Senior Facilitator Badge and who have passed final evaluation.
Skills
The owner of this badge has already acquired the Lab’O Senior Facilitator Badge and Lab’O Junior Facilitator Badge, hence developed the competences related to them. The owner of this Badge showed the possess and capacity to use the following SKILLS: organization skills; problem solving skills; skills in network designing; skills in reading the institutional and territorial context; and reinforced the following SOFT SKILLS: development of self-entrepreneurship, cooperative and team management skills; innovative attitude; capacity of coping with the unexpected and with complex questions; capacity of bearing uncertainty; transformative learning. The owner of this badge has also successfully learnt the following KNOWLEDGE: knowledge of guidance and life-design processes from the institutional and territorial point of view; theory and practice of education in group settings and network approach.
