The holder of this Badge has attended the UGOV-CO - MANAGEMENT OF ADVANCED ACCOUNTING FOR PROJECTS - for university administration offices course, organised within the CINECA Academy Project. The main educational objectives of the course are to provide indications on the management of multi-year contracts, both from a registry and estimate perspective and from a perspective of accounting, budget control and related to operations for year-end closing (TCC). On completion of the course, each participant will be capable of operating on the registry of projects consistent with budget controls defined by the University and in line with the accounting practices laid down for management of multi-year contracts. The course is intended for users already operating on U-Gov who wish to improve their own specific knowledge of management of contracts. Course topics are: project budgets (the project schedule, dates, financing and budget plan); project configurations and accounting configurations: correlations between the two modules; receivable and payable accounting allocations, budget control; the logics of cost to cost; checks and controls: reportsclosing a contract: completion status and validity dates. The course lasts one full day.
