Description
The program aims to grow the potential of an individual through active mentorship of an executive. The badge will be earned by individuals who have been selected in to the program; have completed the 1-week shadowing assignment with an executive; and have received a positive evaluation after completing the shadowing assignment from the executive mentor. This badge is only available for IBM employees.
Badge Criteria
What it takes to earn this badge:
- Completion of 1-week shadowing of an expert based on pre-agreed action plan between the expert and candidate. Examples of activities include: participating in client meetings observe cadence calls and a successful presentation on predefined topic to expert
- Positive evaluation post shadowing completion
- This badge is only available f IBM employees.
