Description
The holder of this Badge has attended one or both of the A photographer in the kitchen - food photography lab Course and the Forms and designs of dishes: Food design Course: , held by The School of Italian Cuisine. Attendance of at least one of these courses allows the student to acquire skills, competencies and knowledge of the scenography of dishes. Both of the courses are held in one lesson of 3 hours.
Badge Criteria
To obtain this Badge, attendance is required of at least one of the two courses A photographer in the kitchen - food photography lab Course and the Forms and designs of dishes: Food design Course, organised by the School of Italian Cuisine. The courses are held more than once in the same year (4sessions each in four-monthly periods). Skills
The holder of this Badge has demonstrated that he or she possesses and knows how touse the following SKILLS: create photographic sets for food; analyse techniques and materials; analyse how to compose a dish; and the following SOFT SKILLS: working with precision while paying attention to detail. The holder of this Badge has also successfully acquired KNOWLEDGE relating to: use of cameras; setting lighting and framing; creating the dish in relation to the desired result.
