Individual has proven dedication and engagement when it comes to understanding technical aspects of project and is able to use the gained knowledge in daily project management tasks. The profIT program consists of varied classes on IT subjects (at least 65 hours in the total). This badge is available to IBM Employees only.
Badge Criteria
What it takes to earn this badge:
- Participation in at least 70% of main IT classes
- Participation in at least 70% of additional classes: English in IT Case studies
- Passing all follow up tests f at least 70%
- Passing Midterm and Final exam f at least 70%
- Participation in at least 4 menting meetings with experienced project manager
- Elabation of one IT project case study
- Visit in server and LAN room
