Description
QUATAM 2014 is a project for improving the organisation of the processes managed by the Student Administration Offices and services provided for the students. The final aim of the project was to assess necessary action for improving the organisation of the Student Administration Offices through re-engineering two macro-processes: the process of Enrolment of students for degree courses; the process of conferral of certificates, from putting the final degree exam on record to the resulting issue of the actual certificate. Principal issues dealt with during the project: work planning (through analysis of the organisation and the processes of enrolment and conferral of certificates); planning and control of activities for innovation; employment of tools for process design (ability to use IT systems); •definition of aims and measuring their quality (through analysis of organisation and control); employment of process/design communication tools (communication); analysis of critical issues and identification of possible action to improve both the processes analysed.
Badge Criteria
The holder of this Badge has successfully completed the one-year training course for the QUATAM 2014 -STUDENT ADMINISTRATION OFFICES project. He or she has completed at least 60% of the training modules.
