- Present evidence of coaching (needs to be signed off by Manager): Soft Skills Sourcing to team Screening to team Interviewing to Team Searching f passive candidates and Client relationship.
- Demonstrate Minimum of 6 months in Lead Recruiter role
- Achieve an Average goal attainment of 85% above during the last 6 months.
