Description
This badge is issued to students who attend from October 15 -18 the first 2015 Edition of the school of resilience of RENA. The Badge certifies active participation and is integral to the school. Designing resilient communitiesThe school's goal is to provide useful tools to administrations and professionals so that they can activate processes in order to improve the socio-economic response system to the multiple crises plaguing the country. The experience includes encounters and exchanges between different experiences and between professional and technical-scientific profiles, with the aim of sharing methodological principles and approaches, but also possible scenarios of implementation of plans, projects and "resilient" management systems. The contents relate to: Definitions and expressions of the concept of resilience, analysis, and comparison of the possible ensuing approaches to planning, management of physical and social assets, management of risks arising from natural disasters, and management of economic and environmental resources, with an eye to sustainability and climate change adaptation. Resilience as a property (or as a collection of social, economic and environmental properties) of a system that will ensure sustainability in the medium and long term, but also as the ability to maintain (or increase) the value of a set of assets (tangible and intangible) in their lifetime faced with significant changes or significant threats. The integration of the concept of resilience in planning and management strategies, i. e. operational tools for the governing of resources. Badge Criteria
The owner of this Badge has attended all training days provided for by the "2015 Resilience School" and actively participated in lectures and workshops offered.
