Badge Criteria
What it takes to earn this badge:
- Complete the mandatory TALK self-paced modules.
- Present evidence of application (needs to be signed off by Manager) f: Business Acumen Perfmance Management Building relationships and Continuous Improvement.
- Minimum of 6 months in People Manager role
- Average goal attainment of 85% above during the last 6 months.
