Description
The holder of this Badge has attended the TITULUS INTEGRATION: ELECTRONIC INVOICE, ORDERS, VAT REGISTERS AND DIGITAL ORDERING course, organised as part of the CINECA Academy Project. The declared aim of this course is to develop competencies regarding integration between Titulus and UGOV in terms of electronic invoices, orders, VAT registers and digital ordering, leading to wider knowledge of these subjects. The course gives an overview of management of the document flows involved in the integration between Titulus and UGOV. The course is intended for heads of offices involved in purchasing cycles and operators in offices dealing with accounting and book keeping. Subjects dealt with in the course are: - Introduction to the processes involved; - Introduction to electronic Invoicing Regulations- UGOV-Titulus integration: Active and passive electronic invoices; - The Indicator of payment punctuality and Settlement of invoices in UGOV; - Signature and saved sending of electronic Invoices; - Transmission of Orders and VAT Registers from UGOV to Titulus; - Management of Orders and VAT Registers in Titulus; - Notions of Digital ordering in UGOV and Titulus. The course lasts for one full day.

The holder of this Badge has attended the TITULUS INTEGRATION: ELECTRONIC INVOICE, ORDERS, VAT REGISTERS AND DIGITAL ORDERING course, organised as part of the CINECA Academy Project. The course, lasting for one full day, is intended for operators in the administrative offices of the Universities, who deal with the management of documentation flows involved in integration between Titulus and UGOV. It is issued to anyone who attends the event and final tests are included.
