Description
This Badge gives validity to the competencies acquired by participating in the TRAINING DESIGN LAB course organised by FUTURSKILL- MANPOWER GROUP. The Badge certifies the acquisition of techniques applicable to acquiring methods and tools for designing effectively a training event, actively testing oneself out in designing and showing the contents. The TRAINING DESIGN LAB course aims at introducing guidelines for “designing Adult Training and its objectiveis to enable acquisition of the techniques and basic tools for designing the system (Design), managing and carrying out (Delivery) and assessing the training operation (Evaluation). The course offers the moste volutionary, current techniques for acquiring or consolidating techniques of classroom management.
Badge Criteria
The holder of this Badge has successfully completed the TRAINING DESIGN LAB training pathway, aimed at transferring how to design innovative, engaging training operations. He or she has actively participated in group discussions and role playing organised by the trainer, who has confirmed, by direct observation of the participants,that the proposed methodology has been acquired. There is no provision for passing a final exam, but at several points during the course intermediate checks are made on the achievement of the stated training goals. A highly interactive approach ensures that all course participants are actively involved in designing a specific topic set by the trainer and exhibiting this before an audience.

The holder of this Badge has demonstrated that he or she has acquired the following ABILITIES: ability to design training events in an effective manner; ability to structure macro- and micro-designs of contents; ability to motivate a class in line with various learning styles; ability to make use of tools for presentation; ability to make use of tools for monitoring learning; possesses the following SOFT SKILLS: effective communication; ability to speak before an audience; ability to manage time; and has acquired the following areas of KNOWLEDGE: analysis of training requirements; design and planning of an operation; techniques of class motivation; learning styles.
