Description
This Badge gives validity to the competencies acquired by participating in the TRAINING TECHNIQUE LAB course organised by FUTURSKILL- MANPOWER GROUP. The Badge certifies acquisition of the techniques and tools that can be used to plan the schedule of a training event and to improve ability to speak before an audience, testing oneself out actively in exhibiting contents, participating actively and observing others. The TRAINING TECHNIQUE LAB course aims at providing techniques and tools for successfully conducting training activities, retraining and periodic refresher courses within a company. To conduct meetings or training events, methods must be acquired for setting up the meetings, in accordance with training objectives, contents and programmes, making the dynamics of the learning group easier.
Badge Criteria
The holder of this Badge has successfully completed the TRAINING TECHNIQUE LAB course, intended to teach how to conduct training events and meetings successfully. The learner has actively participated in group discussions and role playing, both by overcoming the difficulty of speaking before an audience about a topic proposed by the trainer and by direct observation of the participants, to confirm acquisition of the stated methodology. There is no provision for passing a final exam, but at several points during the course intermediate checks are made on the achievement of the stated training goals.

The holder of this Badge, by participating in the course, has acquired the following ABILITIES: ability to conduct and animate company talks and meetings in an effective manner; ability to identify the most appropriate way to motivate a particular target audience; ability to make use of techniques for speaking before an audience; has demonstrated that he or she possesses and know show to make use of the following SOFT SKILLS: effective communication; ability to speak before an audience; ability to manage time; and has successfully acquired the following areas of KNOWLEDGE: design of the training event/meeting; use of tools for presentations; starting the event; how to involve participants; techniques for speaking before an audience; how to animate the classroom/meeting; managing the closing procedure.
