They focused on key areas such as facilitating communications understanding the business requirements developing solutions to meet the client's business technical and architectural requirements setting technical direction leading problem analysis and resolution planning engagements and mitigating risks involved and negotiating results.
- This individual has shown that they continue to develop their technical and professional skills as evidenced by a minimum of 120 hours of training and personal development completed in the last 3-5 years.
- This individual has enhanced and maintained IBM's technical vitality through menting others (required) and other fms of profession contribution including the development of IC/IP enablement assets publications technical presentations and voluntary wk on Certification Review Boards.
