- Demonstrated a deep knowledge of Test Automation by: Defining automation road map and test plans Designing automation framewks Perfming the tool evaluation and risk assessments Solving the technical issues related to automation Designing automation solutions.
- Complete ONE of the following Learning Programmes: Test Automation Advanced Concepts (Selenium) Test Automation Advanced Concepts (RFT) Test Automation Advanced Concepts (UFT)
- Completed five projects with minimal 3000 hours demonstrating ce skills as defined in the GBS Progression & Promotion model
- Wked in Quality Engineering f a minimum of two years f at least 50% of their time
- Demonstrated the IT Development & Implementation skills criteria as defined in the GBS Progression & Promotion model
- Contributed to the evolution of the Test Automation by creating at least two assets e.g. Solution guidance case studies blogs best practice white papers POV
