Description
The holder of this Badge has attended the UGOV-CO - ELEMENTS OF GENERAL ACCOUNTING AND APPLICATIONS course, organised as part of the CINECA Academy Project. This course describes the basic aspects of economic and financial accounting and translating them into U-Gov through various examples of double entry book keeping. The purpose is to increase awareness in users who make book keeping entries and therefore participate in the preparation of the University financial statement, also taking account of the University Technical/Operational Manual (MTO) references. The course is intended for users who deal with the accounting for files in Ugov, University helpdesk, the University, Financial Areas, Accounts Offices, Heads of Accounting Functions and, in general, all operators who wish to acquire knowledge of the entries made by the system in general Accounting. Subjects dealt with in the course are: - Elements of general accounting- Double entry bookkeeping: actual cases- Closing entries- Reporting
Badge Criteria
The holder of this Badge has attended the UGOV-CO - ELEMENTS OF GENERAL ACCOUNTINGAND APPLICATIONS course, organised as part of the CINECA Academy Project. The course is offered to operators in administrative offices of Universities whodeal with book keeping and/or checking in general accounting. It isissued to anyone who attends the event and final tests are included.
