Description
The holder of this Badge has attended the UGOV-CO/PJ-ADVANCED ACCOUNTING MANAGEMENT FOR PROJECTS course organised as part of the CINECA Academy Project. The purpose of this course is to provide indications regarding management of multi-year contracts, both from the registry and budgeting point of view and the accounting point of view, budget control and matters relating to operations of end of year closing (CTC). On completion of the course, each participant will be capable of operating on the registry of projects in conformity with the budget controls laid down by the University and in line with the accounting practices laid down for management of multi-year contracts. The course is intended for users already operating on U-Gov who wish to develop their specific knowledge of management of contracts. Subjects dealt with in the course are: project budgets; project configurations and accounting configurations: correlations between the two modules; active and passive accounting settings, budget control; direct re-attribution of income/costs: reasons, purpose and their use in management of contracts; the logic of adjusting entries in multi-year contracts; checks and controls: the reports; closure of a contract: case studies.
Badge Criteria
The holder of this Badge has attended the UGOV-CO/PJ-ADVANCED ACCOUNTING MANAGEMENT FOR PROJECTS course organised as part of the CINECA Academy Project. The course is offered to operators in administrative offices of Universities who deal with management of multi-year contracts. It is issued to anyone who attends the event and final tests are included.

The holder of this Badge, through attending the UGOV-CO/PJ-ADVANCED ACCOUNTING MANAGEMENT FOR PROJECTS course, has developed his or her competencies regarding: methods of registration and management of the project registry; understanding of the interrelations between the modules of Accounting and Project Management; logic of budget control; management of multi-year contracts in the closing stage; methods of monitoring and checking budget performance in projects.
