Description
The holder of this Badge has attended the UGOV-CO - ELECTRONIC ACCOUNTS PAYABLE INVOICE course. The aim of the course is to study the topic of electronic accounts payable invoicing and deal with the most common cases of greater complexity, which may involve difficulty in managing, in order to provide users working on U-Gov with greater freedom in processing the cases. The course is intended for users in Universities who operate on U-Gov and manage, directly or indirectly, electronic accounts payable invoicing. Principal subjects of the course are: • electronic invoices: regulatory notions; • managing an electronic invoice in U-Gov and the EI dashboard in U-Gov; • error messages and difference between blocking messages and informative messages; • generation of Management Document (MD) and management of controls for framing and controls for detail; • manual importation of an electronic invoice in existence in the interchange system; • case study of management of electronic invoice from electricity energy supplier; • case study of association of multiple MDs previous to the electronic invoice; • case study of association of previous MD showing a different number of lines of detail; • case study of management of electronic invoice with positive and negative lines of inventory assets; • case study of management of electronic invoice containing discounts and/or rebates on inventory assets. The course lasts one day.
Badge Criteria
The holder of this Badge has attended the UGOV-CO - ELECTRONIC ACCOUNTS PAYABLE INVOICE course, organised within the CINECA Academy Project. The course, lasting one day, is intended for operators in the administrative offices of Universities, who manage, directly or indirectly, electronic accounts payable invoices in U-Gov. The Badge is issued to anyone who takes part in the event and final tests are included.
