The holder of this Badge was part of the organising staff of the second edition of UniSTUD (Como,19 - 20 May 2016). UniSTUD is the organisational Coordinating body of Student Administration Offices of Italian Universities, managed in collaboration with CINECA (ESSE3 User Group). Principal topics discussed at the Convention are: the new ISEE (economic situation document) for university services; simplification and dematerialisation of processes in Student Administration Offices (applications for conferral of certificates, study programmes, supplementary diplomas, change of course, student administration counters); simplification and dematerialisation of processes of Teaching Administration Offices (lesson timetables, possible synergy between administration offices for students and those for teaching, support for educational services promotion); use of Openbadges; ESSE3 User groups on student administration modules (ISEE in ESSE3, PagoPa, student files, electronic discharge document, dematerialisation of applications for conferral of certificate, simulation of educational services promotion, integration ESSE3-Bestr).
