Have been Cetis e-portfolio expert since 2005; developed Leap2A as portability format (still used by Mahara). Involved in the European EuroLMAI effort -- closely related to the HEAR -- and then the InLOC project, defining a specification for structures or frameworks of skill or competence.

Have led sessions on Badges in Cetis conferences.

Now particularly interested in employability skills and soft skills more generally.
